All our plans come with a 3 day FREE Trial. Meaning you pay nothing for the first 3 days. If during those 3 days you change your mind, you can simply cancel and you won't be charged.
To cancel during a free trial, simply drop us an email at mcchosting@outlook.com or open a support ticket on our discord server by heading over to #open-support-ticket and typing -ticket open. A customer service agent will sort everything out for you.
Currently we ony offer PayPal - The most well known, Secure payment gateway used around the world. You dont need a PayPal account to pay if you don't have one. All major credit cards are accepted on the payment page. If you require an alternative payment method, contact us!
Yes we do! If for any reason you are unhappy with our service, email us, or open a support ticket within 7 days of your purchase, and we will refund you in full.

To buy a server, simply head over to our website (https://mcchosting.co.uk) and choose a plan. Click the buy now or get started button for that plan. You will be taken to a checkout page where you will need to fill out some info. Click submit order and you will be taken to PayPal to subscribe to the plan. You wont be charged anything yet, as you will have a 3 day free trial. When you have checked out with paypal, click "Return to merchant" and you will recieve an order confirmation page. You will receive an email containing your created server details and server panel login details as soon as your order has been processed. - This shouldn't take more than a few hours to recieve in most cases.
Once you have your email with login details, you can login to the server panel with the email and password provided to you. You can access the server panel at https://panel.mcchosting.co.uk/, Once you login, you will see your server listed. Click your server. You will now be shown the main panel for your server showing the servers console, start/restart/stop buttons and a file manager tab where you can access the servers files. To start your server, click the start button. Your server is now online. You can join it from Minecraft by using the IP/Port provided to you in the email.
There are various ways you can recieve help with any questions or issues you may have.
